The Price Is Not Always Right.

“The higher the price, the better the offer.”  Please keep in mind that price is not always the determining factor when accepting an offer.  Together we will evaluate every proposal and thoroughly discuss all the components of the offer.  There are many factors that make an offer a strong offer and we will discuss this in great detail.

Negotiating The Right Way.

I take the ethical responsibility of fairly negotiating contractual terms very seriously. I always have your best interests in mind and will strive to overcome objections and find a win-win agreement that works for you. You may receive multiple offers and while that sounds exciting and promising, it can be overwhelming to a Seller.  I will offer an objective assessment of each offer to help you make the right choice.
